Job summary

Midas International, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support franchisees across multiple states, driving top-line and bottom-line growth in tire, parts, and credit programs. You'll coach, implement best practices, and transform business models to become an automotive destination dealership alternative.

You will lead P&L management, grow store profitability, and enhance customer experience while coordinating cross-functional teams and franchisee events. 60% overnight travel required.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-unit retail operations including district/area management and store operations.
• Familiarity with the franchise industry and growth strategy.
• Strong financial acumen: P&L management, profitability metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Franchisees, delivering training, reporting, and motivation to improve operations.
• Develop tactical and strategic plans to grow car counts and profitability, aligning with brand KPIs and vision.
• Coach Franchisees to manage P&L as tire/service retailers, balancing gross profit percent and dollars.
• Lead regular Franchisee meetings to drive same-store sales, fleet sales, and tech proficiency across the region.
• Be present to support franchisees, overcoming challenges to improve growth, profitability, and customer experience.
• Participate in Cold Calling of competing dealers to discuss conversions or sales opportunities.
