Job summary

Midas International, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support franchisees across multiple states, drive top-line growth and profitability, and transform the business model into a premier tire destination. The role emphasizes coaching, KPI-driven planning, and operating excellence to enhance customer experience and franchise value.

The candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, coach franchisees on P&L concepts, and travel ~70–80% to support franchise events and performance

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple units in a retail/franchise environment.
• Familiarity with the franchise industry and automotive/retail sectors is a plus.
• Strong public speaking and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and influence franchisees.
• Experience with P&L management and cost control.
• Ability to negotiate and achieve win–win outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills and territory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and leadership.
• Grow car counts and develop tactical/strategic plans aligned with KPIs.
• Coach franchisees on P&L and balancing gross profit percent and dollars.
• Lead franchisee meetings and share best practices for growth.
• Be present to support franchisees and improve profitability and customer experience.
• Participate in cold calling to convert independents or sell to franchisees.
• Orient franchisees to Midas Purpose and North Star and start-up issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow store count.
