Midas International, LLC is seeking an Automotive District Manager to partner with Regional Sales Managers and the DVP to provide hands-on operational support for franchisees and in-store teams. You will lead onboarding, training, and rollout of brand initiatives while analyzing POS data and P&L statements to drive sales growth.

The role requires up to 70% travel across multiple states and a strong capability to manage complex projects with a sense of urgency and detail-oriented execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in automotive service management or multi-unit operations.
• Strong understanding of automotive store operations and customer service processes.
• Experience reading and analyzing POS reports and P&L statements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable speaking to groups.
• Technologically fluent; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Self-motivated and organized; able to manage a dynamic workload with shifting priorities.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 70%) across multiple states.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on operational support to franchisees and store teams.
• Coach store teams on brand-specific processes and customer service standards.
• Partner with new franchisees for onboarding and rollout of brand procedures.
• Coordinate training sessions for company initiatives and franchisee meetings.
• Analyze operational data from POS to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Review and interpret Profit & Loss statements to support financial performance.
• Develop and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations for trainings.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage schedules and reports.
• Adapt to multiple POS platforms and internal systems.
• Manage multiple initiatives with urgency and attention to detail.
