Job summary

Midas International, LLC seeks a Regional Sales & Operations Manager to lead the regional team across 13 Western States and 200+ locations. You will drive strategic planning and direct field operations to grow store performance and profitability.

The role emphasizes coordinating Franchise Integration, guiding field teams, and tracking KPIs to improve EBITDA while expanding the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of management experience in a similar industry.
• Six or more years of customer care/satisfaction experience in a retail environment.
• Three or more years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organization, efficiency and attention to detail.
• Understanding of income statements, balance sheets and cash flow management.
• Knowledge of best practices for customer experience management and lifecycle.
• Ability to implement and monitor a strong internal quality improvement program.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead six Regional Sales Managers, two Field Operations Specialists and multiple Midas franchisees to improve store operations and drive profitability.
• Focus on growing car count and enable franchisees to say yes to customers.
• Develop tactics to transform the Midas business model toward full-service car care and dealership alternative.
• Oversee divisional operations as the main point of contact across regions and teams.
• Supervise schedules and participate in cold calling to attract new business from independent dealers.
• Orient franchisees to The Midas Way and help them become proficient with operations.
• Coordinate meetings and lead field teams to drive same-store sales, new store growth and EBITDA.
