Job summary

Midas is seeking an Automotive District Manager to partner with Regional Sales Managers and a Division VP to support franchisees and in-store teams. The role focuses on enhancing processes, improving same-store sales, and delivering field training across territories.

Responsibilities include hands-on store support, onboarding new franchisees, conducting group trainings, and analyzing POS/P&L data to drive performance. Will travel extensively up to 70% across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive service management or multi-unit operations.
• Strong understanding of automotive store operations and customer service processes.
• Experience reading POS reports and P&L statements.
• Effective presentation and communication skills; comfortable leading groups.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to franchisees and store teams to drive operational goals.
• Coach store teams on brand procedures and customer service excellence.
• Onboard new franchisees with setup and standards implementation.
• Assist with rollout of new initiatives and vendor trainings.
• Analyze POS data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Review and interpret P&L statements to support financial performance.
• Deliver group training sessions and create engaging presentations.
