Job summary

Midas International, LLC is seeking a Division Sales & Operations Manager to lead a regional team and franchise network across 13 Western States with 200+ locations. The role blends strategic planning with direct field leadership to drive store performance, sales growth, and EBITDA while maintaining Midas’ best practices.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in multi-unit retail leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to implement quality programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years management experience in automotive retail
• 6+ years customer care/satisfaction in a retail environment
• 3+ years multi-unit experience
• Strong organization, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Understanding of income statements, balance sheet management, and cash flow
• Knowledge of customer experience management and the customer lifecycle
• Ability to implement and monitor a strong internal quality improvement program
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred
• Division must reside within assigned Region
• Approximately 75% travel, nights and weekends may be required

Responsibilities

• Lead 6 Regional Sales Managers, 2 Field Operations Specialists and multiple Midas Franchisees to improve store operations and profitability
• Grow car count by strategies to enable franchisees to say yes to every customer
• Develop tactics to transform the Midas Business Model to a full-service car care destination
• Oversee division operations; serve as point of contact across Regions and Field Ops
• Supervise schedules and participate in cold calling to convert independents to Midas
• Orient franchisees to The Midas Way and systems; help with startup issues
• Create tactics to drive Same Store Sales, Car, Tire and New Store growth and EBITDA impact
• Lead and direct day-to-day activities of RM and FOS; coordinate across division
• Track and report on Division KPIs
