Job summary

Midas International, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales & Operations Manager to lead a regional team across 13 Western States with 200+ locations. You will align the Division VP, Regional Sales Managers and Field Ops Specialists, focusing 50% on strategic planning and 50% on directing field activities to boost store performance and franchise profitability.

The role requires travel ~75%, franchise integration expertise, and a strong background in multi-unit retail operations.

Qualifications

10+ years management experience in a similar employer/industry.
6+ years in customer care/satisfaction in retail.
3+ years multi-unit experience in a fast-paced setting.
Strong organizational skills, efficiency and attention to detail.
Knowledge of income statements and cash flow management.
Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Lead 6 Regional Sales Managers and 2 Field Ops Specialists, guiding divisional activities and franchisees.
Grow car count and dealer profitability while upholding Midas standards.
Develop strategies to transform the business model toward a full‑service car care destination.
Coordinate divisional meetings, drive same-store and new-store growth, and improve EBITDA.
Oversee operations across the division and mentor field teams.
