Job summary

American Family Care seeks a Regional Director of Franchise Operations to lead strategic expansion and performance optimization of the urgent care franchise network. You will drive market development, support new clinic launches, and ensure partners achieve rapid, sustainable growth.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with operations, marketing, finance, RCM, and clinical leadership to identify opportunities, streamline onboarding, and enhance franchisee success across all stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of franchising or multi-site healthcare management experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies for franchise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchise performance strategies aligned with goals and brand mission.
• Oversee onboarding and launch of new franchise locations with readiness and ramp-up.
• Collaborate with marketing and development to identify markets and entry strategies.
• Monitor franchise performance using metrics like patient volume, EBITDA, and staffing efficiency.
• Develop scalable frameworks to guide franchisees toward sustainable growth.
• Work with operations and training teams to ensure tools and knowledge meet benchmarks.
• Prepare quarterly performance and growth reviews for executives.
• Maintain relationships with franchise owners to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
• Represent the brand at franchise and healthcare industry events.
