Aufgaben

• Manage sales in a region and oversee District Sales Managers, Territory Managers, and staff.
• Source new sales talent and drive territory growth and revenue.
• Lead lead management and new account growth; participate in quarterly DSM reviews.
• Develop long- and short-range sales plans with category management input.
• Ensure policy execution within the sales department and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Prepare and administer annual street sales plans and budgets; monitor plans and expenses.
