Position Summary:

To oversee all assigned facilities, ensuring leadership and guidance in operations, finances, human resources, and client relationships, while providing direct supervision to the facility Food Service Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and implement all company and facility policies to ensure high-quality service at the lowest cost.
• Collaborate with dietitians to meet federal and state requirements.
• Develop and maintain business partnerships by understanding client needs.
• Establish and oversee Quality Assurance and Assessment processes in each facility.
• Participate in food service committees and represent the company at events.
• Plan and manage operational budgets, review financial results regularly, and adjust as needed.
• Assist with new business bids, contract negotiations, and transition of new accounts.
• Conduct performance audits and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Lead training and development for Food Service Directors and staff.
• Develop goals with Food Service Directors and support their professional growth.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years’ experience in food service operations.
• Leadership skills and effective communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and travel frequently.
