Position Purpose
The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) oversees all operational activities for assigned practices, including P&L management, process improvement, and team engagement. The RDO acts as a vital link between practices and Heartland operations, aiming to improve the lives of veterinarians. The ideal candidate will have mixed animal veterinary experience and be based in Texas, Arkansas, or Louisiana. This is a full-time remote role.
