Position Purpose
The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) oversees all operational activities for assigned practices, including P&L management, productivity, process improvement, and team engagement. The RDO acts as a vital link between individual practices and Heartland's broader operations, aiming to enhance the lives of veterinarians. The ideal candidate will have experience in mixed animal veterinary medicine and be based in Texas, Arkansas, or Louisiana. This is a full-time remote position.
