Job summary

Texas Oncology is seeking a Regional Float Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to provide essential cross-coverage support in various nursing units throughout the Northeast Texas Region. This full-time role, Monday to Friday, allows you to collaborate with a dedicated team, developing skills across multiple oncology specialties.

Ideal candidates will possess a nursing degree, relevant experience, and a passion for patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred.
• RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 1-3 years nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care plans and evaluate effectiveness.
• Conduct health assessments and provide education.
• Offer psychosocial support to patients and families.
• Safely prepare and administer therapies.
