Mercy’s Regional Float Pool in the St. Louis region seeks an experienced RN to join nights across multiple facilities. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care while adapting to unit needs.

You’ll float to Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and more, collaborating with diverse teams and maintaining high standards. Mercy offers sign-on, premium benefits, 401(k) match, tuition support and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program; RN licensure required.
• BSN preferred; state board requirements must be met.
• Minimum bedside RN experience; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and other units as assigned.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care per standards.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and support continuous learning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient care continuity.
