Job summary

Mercy seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool serving Mercy St. Louis and surrounding communities. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients across multiple facilities in the St. Louis region.

Join a dynamic team for night shifts, 24 hours per week, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, day-one benefits, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and a 401(k) plan. Float to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Preferred BSN.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care per standards.
• Float to multiple Mercy hospitals across the St. Louis region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
• Provide care for adult/geriatric patients during night shifts.
