Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care across multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region.

This part-time night shift position offers clinical variety across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and more, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ED/ICU or other specialties.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care per standards of practice.
• Float across Mercy’s Regional Float Pool facilities across the St. Louis region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
• Maintain licensure and participate in ongoing education and professional development.
