Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool across multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region invites experienced RNs to bring their clinical expertise to diverse adult/geriatric populations.

You’ll work nights in a full-time capacity, float to Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown and ICU units, and collaborate with varied care teams to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered outcomes. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure required.
• Preferred BSN degree.
• One year bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two+ years for ICU/critical care.
• Certifications: BLS for Med Surg; BLS/ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Report to facilities within Mercy regional footprint and float across facilities.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and maintain high standards of care.
• Support continuous learning and clinical assessment skills.
