Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide bedside care across multiple facilities in the St. Louis region, primarily during night shifts.

This part-time role (24 hours/week) offers variety, learning opportunities, and the chance to impact a broad patient population. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Preferred BSN.
• RN license required in hiring state or compact licensure.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ED/ICU etc.
• Must have BLS for Med/Surg and Behavioral Health; CC requires BLS/ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float to multiple facilities across the St. Louis region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
• Maintain high standards of nursing practice and patient safety.
