Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Regional Float Pool. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care across multiple Mercy facilities during night shifts.

The role offers a part-time schedule (24 hours per week) with a sign-on bonus and numerous benefits, including education assistance and retirement plans, while providing opportunities to work across Med/Surg, Tele, SD, ICU and more within the St. Louis region.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program with current RN license.
• BSN preferred; licensure in hiring state or compact licensure required.
• One year of recent bedside RN experience; ICU/ specialty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care in multiple hospital units within Mercy Regional Float Pool.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations, maintain standards.
