Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool in Missouri seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region and surrounding communities.

The role is part-time, 24 hours per week, nights, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and regional shift differentials. Mercy supports ongoing education, PTO and a 401(k) with employer matching, plus day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN licensure in state or compact licensure.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ED/ICU preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS; ACLS for some units.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Float across Mercy facilities within the Southeast region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
• Maintain patient safety and adherence to nursing standards.
