Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Regional Float Pool across the St. Louis region. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients and support multiple facilities as needed.

Requirements include RN licensure, 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg (2 years for ICU/specialties), and Epic experience preferred. Excellent benefits, sign-on bonus, and tuition support are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Certified RN licensure in hiring state.
• Minimum one year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU/ specialty areas.
• Epic experience preferred for some units.

• Provide nursing care to adult/geriatric patients according to standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Float across Mercy hospitals within the regional footprint as assigned.
