Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool, supporting multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region across night shifts.

You will apply theoretical concepts to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients, reporting to the home hospital leadership. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• 1 year bedside Med/Surg RN experience; 2+ years for ICU/other specialties.
• BLS required; ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region.
• Collaborate with care teams and adhere to nursing standards.
• Participate in ongoing learning and performance improvement.
