Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN to provide compassionate nursing care across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region. The role covers nights in the East Region with a full-time commitment and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in hiring state.
• Minimum of 1 year bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; 2+ years for ED/ICU.
• Must have IV certification; BLS at minimum; ACLS/PALS as applicable for specialty

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Float between Mercy facilities in the East Region.
• Provide care across Med/Surg, telemetry, and related units as needed.
• Maintain patient safety and clinical documentation across settings.
