Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN for the East Region to deliver patient-centered care across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis area. The role requires bedside nursing with a focus on assessment, planning, and evaluation of adult/geriatric patients.

You will float between hospitals, work night shifts, and participate in ongoing education and teamwork. Sign-on bonus available with a variety of incentives, including shift differentials and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Graduate practical nurse with state licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; 2 years for ED/ICU settings.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to adult/geriatric patients.
• Float across Mercy’s designated community facilities in the East region.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document care accordingly.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to nursing standards.
