Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN to join our night shift teams across multiple Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region. As a regional float, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Maintain current LPN license in the hiring state.
• Two years of bedside LPN experience for non-Med/Surg areas; one year for Med/Surg.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy facilities in the designated region.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Work nights in a full-time Regional Float Pool LPN role.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across multiple Mercy hospitals.
