Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN to support East Region hospitals across the St. Louis area. The part-time night shift offers variety by floating to multiple units and facilities, with a focus on skilled bedside care for adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities include assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized nursing care, while maintaining licensure and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic hospital setting at Mercy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license in the hiring state.
• One year of bedside LPN experience to work Med Surg; two years for ED/ICU etc.
• IV certification required; BLS for Med Surg, ACLS/PALS for CC/ED as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy facilities in the East Region.
• Provide nursing care for adult/geriatric patients per standards of practice.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and maintain licensure.
