Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN to join the East Region, providing bedside nursing across multiple community Mercy facilities. The role is full-time with night shifts and a sign-on bonus.

In this regional float pool, you will work across Mercy St. Louis and other designated facilities, with opportunities for education assistance and a comprehensive benefits package including retirement plans and PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in hiring state.
• 1 year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; 2+ years for other specialties; Epic preferred.
• IV certification required.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float to multiple Mercy facilities in the region.
• Provide care to adult/geriatric patients in accordance with standards.
