Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN to join the East Region, floating among Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis area. This full-time, nights position supports adult/geriatric care and relies on your bedside nursing skills and adaptability.

You will work across Med/Surg and other units, maintain licensure, and enjoy benefits such as sign-on bonus, tuition assistance, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state.
• One year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for other specialties (ED, ICU).
• Epic experience preferred.
• IV certification required.
• BLS for Med Surg; ACLS for CC; BLS/ACLS/PALS for ED.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region.
• Provide nursing care across multiple units (Med/Surg, ICU, ED, etc.).
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and ongoing professional development.
• Support the Regional Float Pool’s goals and patient care standards.
