Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN for the East Region to provide nursing care across multiple hospitals. The role is part-time with night shifts and requires current LPN licensure, a practical nursing diploma, and bedside experience.

You will work within a supportive team, float across facilities, and contribute to comprehensive patient care plans. Ideal candidates have 1 year of bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg and 2 years for ED/ICU, with IV certification.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• One year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg.
• Two years of bedside LPN experience for ED/ICU (preferred).
• IV certification required for start.

Mansioni

• Float between Mercy facilities within the East Region.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Provide high quality patient care in a dynamic, multi-hospital environment.
