Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN for the East Region to provide bedside nursing across multiple Mercy facilities, caring for adult and geriatric patients in varied units. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires a valid LPN license, state registration, and 1–2 years of bedside experience depending on the unit, with night shift duties and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state.
• One year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for ED/ICU.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy facilities in the East Region and provide nursing care across units (Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED, and more).
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
