Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN to provide nursing care across multiple Mercy facilities in the East Region. The role involves bedside care for adults and geriatrics, with a full-time night shift.

Eligible candidates should have an accredited practical nursing program diploma, hold an LPN license in good standing, and bring 1+ year of bedside experience (2+ years for ED/ICU). Epic experience and IV/BLS are preferred, PALS for ED, with sign-on bonuses and extensive education support

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Be responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license in the hiring state.
• Minimum one year of bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ED/ICU/other specialties.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float between Mercy facilities in the East Region.
• Provide care to adult/geriatric patients across multiple units.
