Mercy seeks an experienced LPN for the Regional Float Pool in the East Region. The role involves float duties across multiple Mercy facilities, delivering bedside nursing care to adult and geriatric patients during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state.
• One year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for ED/ICU.
• CPR/BLS required; additional certifications (ACLS/PALS) per unit need.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adult/geriatric patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across Mercy facilities in the East Region.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
