Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN to provide bedside care to adult and geriatric patients across multiple Mercy facilities in the East Region. The role involves floating to designated hospitals with a focus on flexibility, continuous learning, and patient-centered outcomes.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, active LPN licensure in the hiring state, 1 year of bedside LPN Med Surg experience (2 years for other specialties), and IV certification.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• LPN license must be obtained and maintained in the hiring state.
• One year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for other specialties; Epic experience preferred.
• IV certification required.
• Certifications: Med Surg - BLS; Critical Care - BLS/ACLS; Emergency Dept - BLS/ACLS/PALS.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards.
• Float across Mercy facilities in the East Region.
• Provide care across units such as Med Surg, Orthopedics, ICU, ED as needed.
