Mercy’s Regional Float Pool LPN role offers opportunities to deliver bedside nursing across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region. You’ll assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, collaborating with diverse teams while adapting to different unit needs during nights.

Requires LPN licensure, BLS, 1 year Med Surg bedside experience (2 years for ED/ICU), and Epic experience preferred. Mercy supports growth with tuition assistance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state and maintained per requirements.
• 1 year bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; 2 years for ED/ICU roles.
• IV certification required; BLS; ACLS/PALS per unit needs.
