Job summary
Mercy Regional Float Pool LPN (East Region) is a FullTime night-shift position floating across Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region. The role requires an accredited practical nursing program graduate with an LPN license in the hiring state and experience in Med Surg or ED/ICU.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Active LPN license in the hiring state.
- One year bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for ED/ICU.
- Epic experience preferred.
- IV certification required.
- BLS for Med Surg; ACLS/PALS for ED/CC.
- Ability to stand/walk with lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Float between Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
- Provide care to adult/geriatric patients across units.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and maintain standards.
