Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool LPN in the East Region is stationed across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region, serving adult/geriatric patients. You’ll provide nursing care in Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED as needed, with a focus on flexibility and learning across sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active LPN license in the hiring state.
• 1–2 years bedside Med/Surg or core nursing experience.
• Epic experience preferred for some units (ED/ICU).
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy facilities in the East Region.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care across units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED as needed.
