Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN for night shifts across the East Region. You will provide bedside care to adults/geriatrics, float to hospitals like Mercy St. Louis and others, and collaborate with diverse teams.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited LPN program, current MO license, IV certification, and 1–2 years bedside experience depending on unit. Sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state.
• One year of bedside LPN experience in Med Surg.
• Two years of bedside LPN experience for ED/ICU roles.
• IV certification required.
• BLS for Med Surg; ACLS/PALS for ED/CCU.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Float between Mercy facilities as needed.
• Provide nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with diverse healthcare teams.
