Join Mercy’s Regional Float Pool as a Licensed Practical Nurse. You’ll float among designated Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region, providing bedside care, adapting to diverse units, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Night shifts, full-time status, and a culture of growth. Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, current Missouri LPN license, 1 year bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg, 2 years for other specialties, and BLS/ACLS/PALS where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• LPN must be licensed in the hiring state and maintain requirements.
• Minimum bedside experience: 1 year for Med/Surg; 2 years for other specialties (ED/ICU, etc.).
• IV certification required.

Responsabilités

• Float between Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region.
• Provide nursing care, assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation for adults/geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to multiple units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED.
