Job summary

Mercy seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Regional Float Pool. The LPN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care across adult/geriatric patients while floating among Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region.

This full-time night-shift role emphasizes flexibility, learning, and contribution to a caring, collaborative team. Epic experience and strong bedside nursing skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Currently licensed as an LPN in the hiring state.
• Minimum 1 year bedside LPN experience for Med Surg.
• 2+ years for ED/ICU requirements.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region.
• Provide bedside LPN care across Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Telemetry, and ICU units.
• Support assessment, planning and care delivery during night shifts.
• Collaborate with diverse healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
