Bank of Marin is seeking a Float Customer Service Supervisor to support Eastern Region branches with supervision of retail staff and coordination of daily banking operations. You will work with the Regional Manager to ensure prompt, courteous service and to refer bank products to partners.

The role requires flexibility to work across Napa, Amador, and Greater Sacramento counties. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in banking with 1–2 years in supervision and hold an Associate's or Bachelor's

Qualifications

• 3-5 years banking experience, including 1-2 years as a supervisor.
• Experience in directing retail banking staff and coordinating branches.

Responsibilities

• Direct work direction and coordination of retail banking staff across Eastern Region branches.
• Sell and service bank products; open new accounts and refer products to partners.
• Support Regional Manager in operational areas as needed.
