Job summary

Bank of Marin is seeking a Float Customer Service Supervisor to lead retail banking staff across the Eastern Region branches in Napa, Amador, and the Greater Sacramento area. This full-time, on-site role requires flexibility to work at multiple locations.

You will deliver prompt, courteous service, supervise branch staff, and support operations with the Regional Manager. The job includes selling and servicing bank products, opening new accounts, and referring products to partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of banking experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service.
• Direct and coordinate retail banking staff across Eastern Region branches.
• Support operational areas in collaboration with the Regional Manager.
