Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the "Best Places to Work" in the North Bay Business Journal, is looking for an eager, energetic and friendly full-time Float Customer Service Supervisor to work at the bank's Eastern Region branches.
The Customer Service Supervisor must be proficient in providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service. The Float Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the work direction and coordination of the retail banking staff throughout the Eastern Region branches. Work directly with the Regional Manager to provide support in operational areas as needed in the region's branches. Effectively sell and service the Bank’s products, open new accounts and refer products to bank partners.
The Float Customer Service Supervisor requires the ability to work in any of Bank of Marin's Eastern Region branch locations for short or long-term assignments. The bank's Eastern Region consists of the branches throughout Napa County, Amador County, and the Greater Sacramento area. Mileage expense reimbursement per the Bank's Expense Policy.
Professional Experience: 3-5 years previous banking experience, including 1-2 years as a supervisor (or) mastery of all Customer Service Representative functions.
Educational Experience: Associate's degree (A.A.) or bachelor's degree; general supervision experience and sound organizational skills; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The hiring pay range for this position is $26.16 to $35.31. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
