The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, extensive customer service experience, and problem-solving skills. The position offers a salary range of $70,000 – $80,000 USD, along with medical benefits, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/support experience.
• 2+ years experience with FLEX software preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers.
