Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a FLEX Regional Software Specialist in California to support FLEX CAD, RMS, Mobile and Jail systems for public safety agencies. The regional specialist provides onsite and remote technical support, building strong customer relationships and delivering mission-critical solutions.

This role requires travel up to 50% and adherence to CJIS security requirements. A 3+ year background in customer service/support and FLEX software experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or IT/Technology degree; 3+ years of Customer Service/Support experience.
• Must be located in California and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain required background clearance for government customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support and customer service in addition to remote support.
• Apply best practices and align with customer business needs.
• Initiate problem-solving actions and follow through to resolution.
• Build relationships with customers and internal MSI teams to ensure exceptional service.
