Sun Auto Tire & Service is hiring a Regional Fleet Sales Manager for the Arizona (Phoenix/Tucson Area) to drive commercial sales growth across the territory. This role targets new customer acquisition and profitable growth in fleet accounts, with a base salary and commission plan supported by travel expectations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably auto, and strong CRM and MS Office skills.

Formación

• 3+ years B2B sales experience in auto industry or related field.
• Track record of maintaining tenure and growing accounts.
• Experience with CRM software solutions and pipeline management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Teams.

• Developing New Commercial Accounts in the designated territory through market databases, targeted lists, and follow-up from stores.
• Account Management: regularly engage Fleet Managers via phone, email, or in-person.
• External Customer Support: be the first point of contact for fleet customers' issues or concerns.
• Internal Customer Support: be the first point of contact for Store Operations issues or concerns.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Sun Auto Tire & Service.

Regional Fleet Sales Manager, Arizona (Phoenix/Tucson Area)

Travel: 25% Base of $80K plus commissions with $140K total opportunity (+car&phone allowances)

The Regional Fleet Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing commercial sales penetration throughout the designated territory with targeted growth goals in new customer acquisition and growth profit increases. In the role, you would be responsible for:

• Developing New Commercial Accounts - identifying prospective customers by utilizing market databases, targeted lists, and following on leads from stores in your territory. Completing scheduled and cold call prospecting activities.
• Account Management - regularly contacting Fleet Managers of existing accounts via telephone, email or face-to-face.
• External Customer Support - acting as the first point of contact for issues or concerns of fleet customers.
• Internal Customer Support - acting as the first point of contact for issues or concerns from Store Operations.
• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Sun Auto Tire & Service from time to time at its sole discretion.

Ideal candidates possess these attributes:

• Experience with CRM activities and pipeline management
• Team focused and goal oriented

• Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer service/support
• Track record of good tenure
• Experienced with CRM software solutions
• Experienced with Microsoft Office and applications - Word, Outlook, Power Point

What You’ll Need

• Minimum three years outside B2B sales experience - preferably in the auto industry
• General business knowledge (ability to calculate gross profit, discounts, and expense management)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (significant communication with both internal and external customers)
• Decision quality - ability to make decisions /recommendations based upon a mixture of facts, analysis, and experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required based on experience)
