Job summary

Utility Lines Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to lead regional fleet operations in Region 102, including maintenance oversight, acquisitions, rentals, and vendor negotiations. The role requires collaboration with regional leadership and ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards.

The position demands on-site presence during the work week with no telecommuting, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and extensive experience with fleet management software

Qualifications

• Direct experience in Fleet Management or Project Management.
• 5+ years of mechanical experience.
• Experience with large fleet management across a distributed model.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of fleet and maintenance operations in the region.
• Collaborate with Region leadership on strategic issues and planning.
• Ensure efficient vehicle and equipment repairs, rentals, and remarketing processes.
• Negotiate pricing for repair, maintenance, and parts with vendors.
• Manage recall processes for OEMs and track progress.
