Job summary

Waymo LLC is seeking an AV Fleet & Supply Operations Manager to own end-to-end market supply health and optimize depot operations. You will drive safety, vendor governance, and fiscal efficiency while coordinating with cross‑functional teams across Driving Ops, Fleet Maintenance, Infra, and GPS.

Responsibilities include planning staff, vehicle turnaround, and market expansion efforts, with a focus on data-backed decisions and continuous process improvements to scale commercial operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or an additional 6+ years of equivalent work experience in operations, consulting, or planning.
• Experience leading large teams and vendor workforces with cross-functional influence.
• Strong capability in interpreting complex operational datasets and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily depot operations and hold third‑party partners to safety and SLA standards.
• Align staffing, vehicle turnaround cycles, and depot workflows to ISV targets.
• Serve as operational liaison for scaling initiatives across markets with cross‑functional partners.
• Apply data analytics to monitor market health, remove bottlenecks, and reduce costs.
• Build collaborative, high‑trust alliances with internal and external stakeholders.
