AVOMO is seeking a Fleet Supervisor in Atlanta to oversee depot throughput, assign work orders, and manage fleet status to maximize RO capability and KPI performance.

The role requires hands-on coordination, communication between teams, and backup leadership on the shop floor, with weekend hours 1:00pm-9:30pm.

Formación

• Proven experience in fleet maintenance operations, logistics, or a related technical coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle components, inventory management practices, and fleet management software (FMS).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical staff and operational leadership.
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced depot environment.
• Analytical skills with data tracking and reporting to drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Delegation: Assign work orders to technicians based on capabilities and depot priorities to ensure optimal Path-to-Service velocity.
• Throughput Management: Monitor the shop floor to identify and resolve stagnation, reallocating resources to maintain high output.
• Metric Accountability: Maintain visibility of RO Capability and KPIs; provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Administrative Continuity: Serve as the primary operational backup in the absence of the Shop Foreman.
• Inter-Team Coordination: Collaborate with RO team and field operations to synchronize vehicle status transitions (Repair → Burn-In → In-Service).

Please Note: The schedule for this role includes weekends. Hours are 1:00pm-9:30pm

Position Objective: The Fleet Supervisor is the secondary facilitator of depot through put and asset velocity. This role is responsible for the strategic delegation of vehicles and the real-time management of shop floor logistics to maximize RO Capability, maintain shop integrity, and meet key performance metrics and standards set by the Foreman and FDR Manager. The Fleet Supervisor utilizes critical thinking and executive decision-making to navigate operational bottlenecks, ensuring the fleet meets all availability targets.

- Key Responsibilities:

Operational Delegation: Assign work orders to technicians based on individual capabilities and depot priorities to ensure optimal "Path-to-Service" velocity.

Throughput Management: Actively monitor the shop floor to identify and resolve "stagnant" assets, reallocating resources as needed to maintain high output.

Metric Accountability: Maintain constant visibility of RO Capability and other key performance indicators (KPIs); provide regular status updates to leadership.

Administrative Continuity: Serve as the primary operational backup in the absence of the Shop Foreman, ensuring leadership presence remains constant on the floor.

Inter-Team Coordination: Collaborate with the RO team and field operations to synchronize the transition of vehicles from "Repair" to "Burn-In" and "In-Service" status.
