Job summary

Moove AV in Philadelphia, PA seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager (AVOM) for Fleet Development and Readiness to own fleet health end-to-end. You will ensure every vehicle leaving the depot is deployment-ready, diagnosed, and performing to safety standards.

As FD&R lead, you will coordinate diagnostic teams, product engineers, and vendor partners, drive performance, optimize workflows, and foster continuous improvement to maximize vehicles in service while maintaining highest safety,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fleet maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience leading and developing vehicle technicians in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and related infrastructure.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of successful execution.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Located in Philadelphia, PA and able to work onsite daily.
• Availability to work outside standard business hours as fleet operations require.

Responsibilities

• Fleet health and deployment strategy aligned with strategic goals and tech advancements.
• Lead technical initiatives and diagnostic methodologies to maintain fleet health and enable predictive maintenance.
• Analyze fleet performance data, identify trends, and report KPIs to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product teams and Ride-Hail Ops to streamline processes and improve fleet performance.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, coaching and staffing as needed.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure performance standards.
