Responsibilities

• Schedule and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly field engineer rosters.
• Assign engineers based on skills, certifications, locations, and project needs.
• Coordinate coverage during planned and unplanned absences.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales to define project scope and service expectations.
• Monitor site readiness and ensure required documentation prior to dispatch.
• Provide timely updates on project progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Lead and support field teams, ensuring tools, permits, and safety docs are available.
• Manage workloads, overtime, and resource utilization.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, engineering, sales, and operations.
